Any necro skills to heal minions?

I made a necro the other day and I was hoping to make tons of minions but they die quite quickly if you're in a party that isn't moving quickly. Are there any skills that keep them alive faster? Or heal them? If so where in the game would I get it? Thanks.

And if you are going minion master route, you should get Heal Area from monk-skills.
