Is the "Replacement Healers" quest broken?

I met Devona outside Serenity Temple, used her to kill a few stone elementals for an Elementalist quest, and warped back to Serenity Temple. Now Devona no longer appears outside the temple.

Funny, I actually have the exact opposite. I completed the quest with her (killed the Charr), got my reward, and she's still standing outside whenever I leave.

Similarly for the group of soldiers for the "Into the Breach" mission, who are still standing there even though I've already murdered all the charr around Piken like five times.

This issue seems to have been introduced in the last two patches or so, I never noticed it before. It's not a huge deal, but it does look weird.

yeah was odd-

in a group saw devona outside with a '!' but we all had a serenity temple turn in and wanted the city nailed down first. we come out, she's gone..

Try heading out of the north exit of the Pockmark Flats, she's scripted to appear there again to help you with the last leg of the quest. You can even walk in from the Frontier Gate side, she'll be there waiting probably.

you could also just delete the quest and get it again so devona will appear

maxpower: I abandoned the quest and re-accepted the quest. Devona is outside like usual. What's really strange is that before I abandoned the quest, the quest appeared to be completing itself. I had only one more objective to meet before the quest would complete, but the only thing I've ever done was talk to Devona before.
