If you search the builds forum or just do a regular search, I'm sure you'll find something. There's plenty on farming here, you just have to look a bit.
Good luck with the build.

The essential attribute lines are smiting and energy storage. I use earth as my tertiary, but it may or may not be necessary depending on the mobs you’re farming. Obviously the more points you can assign to smiting the better.
Current build (most effective against melee mobs)
Divine boon
Ether renewal
Armor of earth
Kinetic armor
Retribution
Balthazar’s spirit
Zealot’s fire
Aura of restoration
The real key to this build is zealot’s fire, ether renewal and divine boon. Zealot’s fire attacks mobs around you when you cast spells on yourself. Ether renewal heals you and provides you energy (the amounts are up to 17 health and 4 energy PER enchantment you currently have on you). Divine boon heals you for roughly 25 health and can be recast every ¼ second and costs 5+2 energy. Given that 7 of the 8 skills are enchantments, by casting all of the enchantments and spamming divine boon, you can potentially heal yourself 501 health per second (25+(17 x 7 x 4) not including aura of restore) and regain 112 energy per second (4 x 7 x4) and deal a lot of damage via zealot’s fire. Ether renewal expires in 10 seconds and has a 30 second recharge, so you’re going to have to survive for 20 seconds before you can cast it again. This is where maintaining kinetic armor and the use of armor of earth come in handy.
I want to try a build with shield of judgment, but I haven’t gotten that skill yet. I’m not sure how the energy management side will work without ether renewal since both are elites. Any one have some thoughts?

Here's my E/Mo's build for farming. I usually do all my farming at Riverside, since the abundance of mantle (melee) makes it easy to control the battle.
Smiting/E Storage/Protection/Earth:
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Reversal of Fortune
Mark of Protection
Symbol of Wrath
Balthazar's Aura
Armor of Earth
Zealot's Fire
Aura of Restoration
The idea here is to buff yourself, run into battle, then throw on the glyph and cast Balthazar's Aura. Then plop down Symbol, and after that's done, let your hp drop a bit before casting Mark of Protection. I usually like to wait until my Armor of Earth fades, so that the Mark heals me for more. Then you can just spam Reversal until you make up the slack damage, or just cast another glyph/Balthazar's.
You could try swapping Protection for healing, and then making your first 3 skills Healing Breeze, Orison of Healing, and Healing Hands.
I've tried using Shield of Judgement, and it works like a charm, especially with Protection, since it allows you enough time to cast Reversal of Fortune between attacks. It's always good, though, no matter if you're using Protection or Healing, to have one cheap and fast spell like Reversal or Orison, so that you can make good use of Zealot's Fire.

it really depends on how you plan on using it, and where you plan on farming, with my elmo I like to find big groups of mobs and AoE em to death (fire storm, Meteor Shower, Pheonix, Rodgort's Invocation) and keep mending up at all times. At the end of a battle I am completly out of power, but I have all that loot to pick up
JedyKnight
And what runes do you ppl use? to do it? have special tipe of armor to farming or not really?
Btw where can i get Shield of Judgement? tkz for all the tips

Im trying to come up with something constructive for you...I really am. How about this, go plug in your nintendo. Play games that dont require any thought.

This is my lvl 20 E/Mo build, its working pretty well but a bit suicidal. I dont see any reason to use smiting prayers if you are E primary. Smiting prayers cant ever do 230 dmg in a shot (but phoenix can)
12 fire
10 energy storage
8 healing
thats approx what I run
skills used:
immolation (flare isnt enough to strong monsters)
lava font (quick cooldown)
inferno (or flame burst if you have plenty of mana, cuz burst has faster cooldown)
phoenix (i take down large mobs with this)
meteor shower
elemental attunement (elite, 50% mana back)
mending (3 regen per sec, pretty good)
healing breeze
And where to farm? Obviously ANet despises farming, so it will be hard now. Go somewhere with monsters you can handle. Id suggest the jungle areas for you because my E/Mo wipes out the moss scarabs in the jungle 7 at a time. Usually makes 10K an hour pure cash (not many useful items though...low lvl)
Runes? Superior fire, minor energy storage are it for me.

I can find very few groups of mantle that don't have a spellcaster that debuffs me.

I farmed for the first time last night with my E/Me and I pwned them mobs!
In 3 hours I made 120,000gp and unlocked many many runes, including sup. vigor and major vigor.
Attributes:
15 Fire (major rune)
10 or 11 Water (major rune)
10 or 11 Energy (minor rune)
Skills
Well, I don't really wanna spill the beans here as I don't want it to get nerfed, but I used Fire, Water and even a Mesmer skill.
Location
Again...no sense giving that away for the nerfbat. Just find a good group of melee opponents and whack 'em down.

really you made 120k in 3hrs?
Dazzler
Yeah I started off with only 3000 gp and ended up with over 120,000 *after* I bought a new set of 1.5k droknar's armor and a superior fire rune for 20k. So I think I actually made more than 120k in that 3 hours.
Understand the cash came from selling runes.
I sold 5 major vigor for like 8k each = 40k (and kept one for myself)
Sold a superior vigor for cheap--only 65k.
That's 105k right there.
Sold some minor sword runes for 1k each.
Sold a superior axe for alot
Sold a major absorption for alot.
Before this 3-hour run, I'd only made about 7k total in 80hrs PvE through Droknar's Forge. and I'd only unlocked 0 superior runes, 2 major runes (for a different profession) and 5-6 minor runes.
During this 3-hour session, I unlocked 4-5 superiors, a bunch of majors, and a crapload of minors.
Next time I will try and keep track of how many runes I get.

what locations are most common for farming?
Rubch One
In terms of locations, it really depends on your level and build. Few people are going to publicize their favorite farming spots in fear of having them nerfed. A lot of the builds you see here involve buffs and spells. Therefore, they're usually most effective against melee mobs that don't debuff or interrupt, i.e. white mantle (they'll typically only have one debuffer in a group), minotaur, hydras (their initial meteor will knock down and interrupt), etc.
