Go outside Lion's Arch, u'll see the main 4 talking. Wait until they finish and you'll get the quest.

Mo: Heal Other
W: Final Thrust
R: Throw Dirt
It sucks for those who have already wasted a skill point and some gold to purchase or capture these skills in the past, but ... C'est la vie.
