The bow must be:
-Longbow or Flatbow
The bow must have:
-Maximum damage 15-28
-15% more damage while health above 50%
-15% more damage all the time (energy regen -1, energy -5 etc..)
All other mods are welcome and in particular Vampiric ... of marksmanship!!
