Question about ReTaking a second profession

Im a Mo/Me i have gotten all skills for both class's alrdy ... if i switch mesmer to Elementalist in example will all the quests that are for elementalist turn on for me ? or the only way to get the skills is lvling and buying from trainers ? im confuse anyone who know about this could give me some info ?

ony "class specific" quests will turn on for you

you can do some skill quests in Old Ascalon and Yaks Bend
but beyond Yaks Bend, you will have to buy the skills from trainer
class quests beyond Yaks Bend, benefit 2 classes
- and you cannot repeat skill quests

Elementalist Aizure and Shalev the Hermit in Old Ascalon, Kendrick Restaff in Serenity Temple, and Howland the Elementalist in Yak's Bend are the only ones that give you quests for skills. In addition, the three new quests that were just added in the patch will give you skills.
