Improves casting speed using divine favor (chance: 20%)
Improves skill recharge usuing divine favor (chance: 20%)

Enchantments last 12% longer

Looking for a Monk WAND or ROD. Needs to have a good health mod(s). Also looking for some bonus to protection prayers attributes or skills.
