Secondary Profession (need urgent help)

I was wondering about the change of secondary prof. post searing

say im an e/n then i want to change to e/m would i lose my necro skills ? and which is better

If your in post Searing:

- You can change your secondary profession in the Desert, you will not lose any skill points, however you will lose ACCESS to any skills you collected.

- You won't lose the skills, you just won't be able to access them anymore.

- You been given the basic starter skills of your newly selected secondary profession.

- You will need to collect ALL other skills for that profession by buying them or using Signet of Captures... each of which cost Skill points.

- Additional skill points are gained by some quests and also each time you gain 20,000 XP after you have reached level 20.

- If you select you old secondary profession again, you will be given access to all your skills again.

as an adendum to what RTSFirebat said, if you select your old secondary again, you'll be given access to your old skills again, however before you can switch back to your old secondary, you will have to do the path quest for it.
