Price Check on Godly Brute Sword

hey guys i have a godly brute sword in my storage here are the stats

please tell me the price for it and if u want then offer and i will see if i will sell it or keep it for my warrior. I will sell it if i get any good offers. Thx everybody

1st of all this isnt that godly. +15% > 50% health is godly, 2:-1 life stealing isnt godly, 3:-1 is, armor +7 vs elemental attacks is also crap lol. taking that into concent, it is fairly good.

Perhaps 50 k ?
