List of unlocked items/runes

It would be handy to know what I have unlocked without having to go make a PvP character from any given class and checking what I can use. Maybe it exists, but I don't know of it - is there a way to see what runes/items mods you've unlocked? Helpful for deciding whether to ID something or not.
