K i,am a lvl 19r/mo on the mirrior part of acending ( which is really hard for a rnger !) and yes i,am a noob so can some one PLZ TELL ME WHT IS A LVL CAP ??? is it a iteam or the maximum lvl point can some one plz help me ???

Lvl cap is 20. After you hit 20, you can still gain experience and "level up," but you only get skill points, not attribute points or health.
