i kind of screwed up my w/mo build...he's currently lvl 10 and has attribute points divided among healing prayers, protection prayers, tactics, strength, and swordsmanship. because my w/mo is using a sword, it's obvious that the swordsmanship attrib should be kept as is. my question is what i should be putting less points into. i figure that since i'm fairly low lvl still, i can still refund the points so i can put them in something else. my w/mo is PVE.

You can always refund your points, at any time during the game. No need to worry about messing up, just switch them around the way you want them. You can hold 24 refund points at any one time. Once you use some, you will get one refund point back every time you gain 250 exp. So getting them back isnt a problem at all. Dont sweat it.

Yes, even after you reach level twenty you still gain xp points. Everytime your xp bar fills you gain one skill point. There are plenty of quests and missions to do after you hit lvl 20. Endless refund points.

As far as which attribute to scrap, you may want to take a look at the many W/Mo builds on this site, both in the builds directory and in the forums.
Personally, I'd pick either protection or healing. Focus on one, scrap the other.

And I wouldnt go for tactics at all. You can get the same kind of shields with strenght (they only look like silly roman shields), and u are stronger, dealing more damage with your sword
