Some dude in game said an npc teleports you there is this true or is he just gettin my hopes up.

First I've ever heard of that. Anywho I doubt there is, usually if you can run from Point A to Point B, then you're going to have to run from Point A to Point B. ^_^

yes, there's a guy that "teleports" you there. sort of . but you still have to go through a lot of monsters and a lot to run to get to him. and the teleport thing is like talking to Canthan Ferry Captain in Lion's Arch when visiting Guild Halls.

Actually, when you do a quest from Quarrel Falls. You fight monsters up to certain point and find one NPC. Talk to him, then he will teleport you. I think its this one, am I right? Correct me if I'm wrong.
