Here is a Tip: Group with Henchmen only! Don't bother grouping with other players, why? Because many of them just bail on you after they have captured their elite skill, or they run into the opened portal before you have had a chance to look at the available skills, or they simply don't know what the frick they are doing and you end up dying a lot with the mission failing.
As a warrior, my Elite Skill was on the last dragon, so after several failed player groups, I took a full group of Henchmen and went thought all of the levels without a death and got my Elite!

I played with henchies first, capped the elite I wanted, and then went with a player group...seemed to work OK

Well this mission is easy enough that you really shouldn't have any issues with npcs, considering that lvls shouldn't be an issue and the enemies are in small numbers and are more of an annoyance than anything.
Generally it's wiser to use npcs than humans in most missions simply because they aren't that hard and npcs>stupid humans by far. The only 'hard' missions for npcs are thirsty (bad dps), elonas (hard to lure with bloodthirsty henchies) and the Mursaat missions (poorly infused).
