Anyone here pre-ordered @ futureshop canada or futureshop retail store

heres my situation. I pre-ordered GW online @futureshop.ca. it states the bonus disc is "Shippable" and shipping in progress.

I email them a few times; when will it be here, will i get it before april15 the final beta event. i get a few "duh i dont know type replies.."
a recent one; futureshop rep replies "its being held pending to its full release on april 27th..." now im just frustrated...
i tell them whats the point of pre-ordering if i'm gonna get the bonus disc w/ access key with the full release game at the same time.
it just sounds absurd.

My Main Question: I would like to know if anyone else who pre-ordered online w/ futureshop.ca or @ any futureshop canada retail store and physically got the bonus disc upfront after pre-ordering.
(I know BestBuy canada doesnt seem to have it still and I know theres EB instore but you never know if theres something else wrong with their way like "we ran out of it" etc etc so ive heard...)
( I can truly say my area of Canada is "messed up" with this whole Guild Wars thing...its hilarious.)

What area of Canada do you live in? I'm in Winnipeg and the EB Games here has been great. I don't know if they have any preorder boxes left, but I have seen them at BestBuy (not at Future Shop though).

I live in Winnipeg! Tuxedo area! I would probably pick up the pre order from the Lindenwoods location though...

I used online @ futureshop.ca to preorder cuz it was the only place i actually saw the pre-order package being available online and I wouldnt need to pick it up since delivery is free.

now they spring this great blow to the gut on meh...hehe

YOu might want to call the stores in your area that might have it and see if they have any copies left. If you can get one, cancel your Future Shop preorder (if you can). I would recommend EB Games since they've been good to me, but I've heard some horror stories about them too.
