No Favor, No Underworld. The people telling you that you could enter at those places all the time are just spreading lies to grief people. There is the option to go into the Underworld there... yes but it requires you to have the Favor as with the temple of the ages.
Nonetheless, if you are coming from Beacon's Perch you'll have a party size of 6. If you are coming from Droknars you will most probably have died out of boredom on your way up there. It is a long long long and boring way. You'll basically fight the same 3 Mobs over and over and over again. Everytime in ridiculous huge amounts.

I'm sure America had the favor.... I wasn't paying any attention, because I didn't expect to go! Definitely not the easy way in, but I suspect the location will become the entry to Grenth's Footprint when it opens. The location is here:
