Both build focus on heavy knockdowns, the first one does more damage through PB AEs and has some defense for the monks, the second one has got 4 knockdowns and less energy problems. Gimme some criticism, I'd like to discuss 'em both before the BWE.

So with an energy pool of 20+, you're planning on using an exhaustion skill, as well as 1, maybe 2 10 energy skills, and the possibility of a 15 energy skill. Interesting.

Glyph of Lesser Energy I'd say this is the more logical build to go with. Suggestions:

Replace Gale with Whirlwind. Replace the Glyphs with "For Great Justice!" and Wild Blow. Replace Hammer Bash with Crushing Blow. Replace Chain Lightning with Rush. May even want to cut down on Air Magic and bring up Strength.

I decided to get rid of the second template and focus on the first one. To get adrenalin faster, I built in berserker stance, no need for FGJ anymore.

Obsidian Flame is crap for a warrior to use. Replace it with Ward Against Foes or some speed skill like Rush or Sprint.

Nah, 100 ranged dam for 5e is just too good. If exhaustion is too much of a problem, I'll replace it with stone daggers or stoning. I hate chars with zero range.
