I am trying to figure out how much this is worth. I was told I could get at least 15K for it. Please respond to how much its worth, I will go ahead and start the bidding at 15K.

Its not worth at least 15k. You'd have a hard time selling it if you don't salvage it first. You'll want to find out what kind of rune it is and then you might be looking at some major funds.
