Dual dye drop from one monster: How often does this happen?

How often does a single monster drop two or more "rare" items? (I know Green and Red Dye aren't that rare but I've had a single monster drop two purple items before too.)

By the way, after the Grawl boss dropped those two dye, on the same mission I acquired at least six more dye, mostly Green Dye and one Silver Dye. For me, dye is dropping like flies.
