Lots of Problems =) need help

I appreciate rangers and their skills alot and their breakdance XD so i want to create a ranger...

But i do not know what to make.... is R/Me or R/E better and why?????

and is SoulBlade or Templar a nicer nick for my new GW ranger
or could u come up with a better nick?

both secondary classes r pretty energy intensive but i would prolly go with the mesmer if you plan on doing PvP.
