I have a few items, and have no idea what to do with them. They are:
1) tapestry shred
2) ralena's cure
3) reinforced shield - its not a quest item, it has armour 8, but it has no sell value....?

Ascalon Census

A friend told me to pick this up but I have no idea who gives the quest. She mentioned a scribe in Ascalon City but I couldn't find one.

you give the census to Symon the scribe in ascalon.

go to war master tydus. head north from him up the stairs. turn left at the top and talk to the guy at the fire place. easy.
