WTB Max Damage Flatbow with +damage% when hp>50%, req must be 10 or lower

I'm looking for a Flatbow that's has max damage[15-28], with a marksmanship requirement of 10 or below, 9 or lower would be best, but I'll accept 10. I would also like it to have a +damage% when health is greater than 50% mod. Doesn't have to be perfect 15%, but I would be paying less as the percentage goes down, of course. Please post what you have and how much you'd like to sell the bow for. Thanks.

EDIT: I don't really care what other mods are on it as I already have the mods that I want.
