Mixing Armour

Ok there are a few facts that I have herd and read about armour that I need to find out about before spenging the gold on getting a final set of armour for my warrior, so i'm going to lay out a few things that I have herd then list the armour set i'm thinking of getting if the "facts" are correct.

1) The knights armour "reduce damage" effect is universal and does not stack with each peice of armour so you only need one peice of knights armour to gain the effect.

2) An absorbtion rune will stack with the effect of the knight armour peice.

2) The dragon armour privides the best all round protection from both physical and elementel damage and since 35.7% of all damaging attacks will strike the chest and all direct damage elemental spells hit the chest it is best to have the dragon armour on the chest.

So here is my proposed armour if those things are correct.

Duelist Helmet
Dragon Chest + absorbtion rune
Platemail legs and arms
Knight Boots

With attib specific runes and a vigor rune randomly placed in the rest of the armour.

If anything here is wrong or if you have better sugestions for an armour set please feel free to correct me or add some sugestions.

doesnt matter where you place the rune -- it affects all 5 pieces of armor

The reduction from Knight's armor is body-part specific, unlike runes.

Are you sure newfangle? I've heard countless times that one piece of Knight's armor will apply absorption for the whole body.

I would also like to get confirmation on this, I've been testing it on and off with absorb boots + absorb rune in them and rest of the armour +20phys, but have yet to reach any conclusive results.
