Hi guys,this is my 1st first time having this problem.Its like the game crashed, the screen was light dull green or should i say the com was half hang .
I cant quit the game or use ctrl+alt+del method cant see anything.Altho my mouse is able to move.
I cant reset using the button on the cpu so its weird.I have to off the power .At that time was June 19(for patch information)Im on a mission "Gates of Kryta".
My computer specs :ASUS P4XP-X i845D P4
P4 2.4Ghz
512Mb DDR ram
INNO3D GF4 MX440SE 128MB DDR
I dont very had problems with game.This problem happen only after the june 18 or 19 patch.Sorry for the troubles.
No GW error reports as i cant see a thing.

Try uninstalling GW.
Make sure everything in the GW folder is deleted, and delete the GW folder.
I've also heard that you need to delete the temp/prefetch, but seeing as my GW is fine, i cannot give first hand advice on it.

Thanks for your advice, It seems to be an good option but whats prefetch folder is
