Enhancement Request: Random items generation can negate each other...

Unless this was just a silly bug that doesn't normally occur.. I received a healing ankh yesterday that was colored (blue I believe) and its advantages where:

Armor +5
Energy +5
Armor -5

It would have served to just be an energy+5 item without the need for all that "extra text" telling me it was cool, but it was also not so cool That's like having a weapon that deals an extra 5 points of damage and then gives it back (just an example, I doubt that type of item exists)
