I like the female fissure armor better than the male. I actually prefer 15k Dragons, Ascalon, or Wyyvern over FoW male armor.

Well I've just read all 5 pages of this. Why do all of them apart from the Rangers seem like they have some weird BDSM theme running through the designs?
I like the look of the Female Warrior, and the Female Monk - apart from that, I must say I'm pretty dissapointed by the rest. The Male Necro nearly made me sick when I saw it, I'll take my Grotto armour over that any day.

OMFG.. i got my fissure armor.. well 4/5 of it... i didnt calculate my mats... i ran short on tanned hides LOL so im missing my armor this sucks lol

Ok, if I understand it correctly: FoW armor is very cool goodlooking but the stats are no better than the 15k armors on Manhan's grotto or Granite Citadel, right?

Umm... How do you figure that? The armor design has NOTHING to do with RHPS... I mean, mabey if you squint really really hard, you could see the simliarities between the outfit Riff Raff and Magenta have on at the end... but their outfit is so generic it really doesn't have much to do with this necro armor...

Last night while getting together to run thunderhead, my group saw a character sporting the necro female FOW armor.
I don't remember the character's name.
Later, we saw them again in Ember Light Camp, where they attracted more attention.

Yeah, i would like to see the Fissure armours improved, the only ones i like are both ranger and female mesmer (when it's not dyed black). Monk isn't too bad, but the rest are pretty ugly.

The warrior in fissure armor, with the female character. What helm is that and where do you get it? As I understood it, the Fissure armorer doesn't craft a helm...maybe I misunderstood? Thanks to anyone that can clear this up for me.

soo, what materials do i need for MAle Fow armor, i see the pic of the materials needed but all i can recognize is the ectos, i collected shards- cuz i thought i needed but in the pic it dont look like i do, oh well i can trade tem for gold, but just incase can someone tell me what materials are needed for the armor?? for all types of armor

I did not like the boots and also the gloves do not even show. So I kept the 15K Enchanter. Prolly will change the color once I figure out which one I want.

Here is a thread from this forum that has the requirments for all characters for the FoW armor.
I added the enchanter mesmer and you will need about 1.5 million in meterial and money keeping in mind that ectos are 10k each and shards are 4k each.
facts:
all fow armors look alike, same stats as the 1.5k from droknar and then 15k armors.
To get to the armor guy:
after clearing the main area and going to the next one, if you hang a right then you will go up a hill to a tower.
After clearing that area there should be a horse looking guy that gives u some quests.
do them and go back to him and he will give u the armor screen.
one note: the armor needs ecto anc shards, the monstreous claw looking item is shards before they updated it with the new icon.

None suspect the Ranger
Did a quick flip through and didn't see anyone post male monk so here's mine. It's dyed yellow/orange mix(no, it's not blue dye). Dyes are screwy with this armor. Green=purple, purple=green, blue does nothing, yellow=baby blue, orange=aqua marine(I guess you'd call it), black and silver are normal.
