Ne/Me usage

Right now I am trying to emulate the 'warrior's bane' build listed in the pvp list. Is that viable for playing against the computer enemies as well? If not, what should I be doing with a Ne/Me? I have most points into Blood, Soul Reaping, and Domination. I bought a scar for curses so I have 1 point into that, another mistake. Thanks!
