When do I get resurrect?

I have a new level 8 Mo/E char who cannot yet resurrect more than once. When do I get Resurrect, Rebirth and Restore Life, and where are they available?

I remember that you get ressurect from some monk guy outside of the Sardelac Sanitarium (I think). The others I can't remember, though I think one is in Yak's Bend, and another in Ventari's Refuge, but I'm not sure.

Find Grazden the Protector in the ruins of Ashford just outside the Sanitarium and do his missions. I would advise a team/henchies as one of them is protecting a suicidal farmer...

You can get Resurrect from a quest given by Grazden the Protector in the ruins of Ashford, just outside Sardelec Sanitarium.

You can buy Restore Life from a trainer at the Grendich Courthouse, an out-of-the-way location before you reach Yak's Bend. I don't think you can currently get this skill from a quest.

I *think* I got Rebirth as a quest reward from someone at Ventari's Refuge (Deep Root?), but I can't quite remember. You can also get it from Teng Sao the trainer at the Amnoon Oasis.
