Could you please post a screenshot showing the alternate skin? I never use horn bows but if it looks cool enough, I just might...

Why dont you just download the client u can log in from there , it doesnt matter if the game isnt on your computer

HORNBOWS have 10% armor penetration inbuilt. Thats not including any Sundering bow string. Anet stated in on the books. : )
