Hello all, i am a major player, i play games for fun, competation, cooperation

I PLAY GAMES !

Well, i have 45 Day's (ingame time) on my WOW char, my server on WOW is boreing i dont want to Relevel, the Drama in my guild and on my server is insane, and this game....ive kept an eye on

i only played the E 3 for everyone event

So now Some questions !! From all you 'die hard' fans

1. Guilds can Form halls, And Forts ect right? Can said halls and Forts Be attacked, if so is it NPCS only? or Players, only, Or Both?

2. I like how guild wars has a system of story, one of the previews i read said they explore the world, before it's completely invaded, and then you complete the noob quest and Enter the world, a different one said something about completing a quest get's a outpost on the world others cant see, so if i cant beat a quest my friend can? (assumeing we didnt do it together) will i never be able to go to that outpost, or can i re-do the quest?

3. What is the endgame cotnetn like? obviously, they mentioned the world at war, and opening portals
but i fancy Loot, i fancy knowing i helled a team, of 10-20 people do a Dungeon together,

4. this Duel\Class is confusing for me, if i play a elemenaliest (mage, i love mage's) am i at a dis-advantage if i dont pick up a 2nd class, if im not, how do i get ballanced for staying 'pure' ?

5. Please inform me of other features you think a 'hard core' gamer would like that i havent listed or you assume i dont know

6- Thanks for any answers !! or response's i DO apperciate your time !

Yes, there are guild battles. both parties must accept to it before it happpens, and its a mixture of pcs and npcs.

You can redo the quest (the quest you're talking about is a mission btw). If you find the mission too hard, you can always reach your friend's outpost the other way - walking there.

This may answer your question, don't expect GW's endgame to be about mass raids and looting though.

They can choose between a number of guild halls, and arrange battles between guilds. So it is player (and henchmen) only.

Normal quests can't be solved "wrong", only solved or not solved. So if you haven't solved it yet, just go back and do so. Missions hovever have an optional submission. You can solve a mission as many times you want, and if you didn't solve the submission the first time, you can do so later.

Most of the game is "end-game", since you relatively fast reach lvl 20. Then there are more missions to do, more areas to explore, more monsters to beat, and all the PvP you like. And then come the expansion pack. Half the game content is designed for lvl 20, and almost all the expansion content will be for lvl 20. You will continue to collect new skills and new items. These won't be intrinsically better than the old one, but they will allow you to try new playing styles.

The lvl 1 to lvl 19 content is just an extended tutorial.

There is zero advantage of staying pure, other than maybe style. But most people will believe you are a newbie.

The disadvantage is that when you choose your 8 skills, you will only have half as many (potential) to choose from.

If you have no better idea, I suggest choosing monk as secondary. Even the purest character will take advantage of self healing or infinite resurrect for some missions.

As a hard code gamer, prepared to play other games between the release and the first expansion pack. Guild Wars is designed to be playable by causual gamers.
