Two handed Sword

Is there something like a Two-Handed Sword in GW?
HotSnack
Nope, currently swords and axes are one handed, while hammers are two handed.

To put simply I don't know, in expansions maybe, but nothing has been confirmed on that.

Nay, but that would be cool though
Eh, while I'm at it: Can you sit on the ground/in chairs in this game?

no dw is still one sword to one hand, where as a two handed sword is one sword two hands.

Dual wield is using 2 swords. One sword for each hand.Yes you can sit on the ground.Sitting in chairs I do not think is possible.Who knows but maybe could be added later on in the future.Maybe some day dual swords/weapons and 2 handed swords/weapons will be added as well.

Cool, thank ya. So! One question still remains, can you sit on the floor/chairs in GW?
Manderlock
on the floor, yes
currently you cant sit in chairs though.

there's a serious balance issue with 2h swords or dual wielding swords. since swords are faster than hammers, two of them would do more dmg than hammers would. what would a final thrust with 2 swords do...
Cyris
not wanting to compare it to any other game but in wow they reduce the power of the wep u had in ur second hand by about half.

You dont know yet, the game hasnt been released , there very well could be a dual-weilding sword, just no one has gotten that far yet.
Even doom3 eventually got the dual-barrel shotgun in the expansion

In WoW (World of Warcraft) dual wielding incurred a base miss chance of 24% (compared to 5%) and the offhand weapon did 50% dmg. It's more damage than 1 handed, but the same as 2 handed I think.
Regardless, dual wielding is popular and there's no reason not to add 2 handed axes and swords unless the skill sets prevent that. I haven't looked into the warrior much.
