chaos axe of fortitude (purple, max dmg, req 13 axe) damage +12% no condition, armor -10 while attacking, +23 health

i got some guy offering few thousands but i think its worth more cause the 12% more dmg without any condition , and you can add a mod to it, like zealous if you want or something....not very good at warrior things....anyway, some estimations on price ?

Well considering that -10 armor while attacking is, IMO, by far the least damaging negative to the always damage mods, and that Purple/Gold Chaos Axes are fairly rare, I'd say you could fetch at least 10k for it, but I'm really not sure beyond that.

It would probably fetch more if the req. wasn't 13, other than that it's alright. The -10 armor isn't as bad as other negative conditions that usually come with +dmgh always.
