Bonus stacking Q!

if i craft my helm, as a duelists helm, that has +1 swordsmanship... can i additionally use a rune of minor swordsmanship on another part of the armor, and stack the two for a +2 to swordsmanship?

Yes you can stack a headpiece and a rune.
