Got my PVP ONLY healer monk to lvl 20.. what should my skill bar look like?

Ok hes at lvl 20 now and hes only for pvp, not pve.. anyways what should his skill bar look like? remember hes only healing not protection or anything..

Well, you should have SOMETHING other than healing. What's your secondary? War's and Ran's have very good defensive stances. Protection will keep foes off of you a bit. You really should take advantage of the other skills available to you. Let me know what your secondary is and I'll give you some more pointers.


The best thing you can do if you want to be a pure healer is go Mo/Wa and get bonetti's defense and gladiator's defense. They hardly touch you and you can sit back and heal without always running. The other good one is Mo/Ne and use the curses for enfeeble and faintheartedness. This will slow the attacks and weaken them quite a bit.

I don't think I would personally go with a build that was STRICTLY healing, but that's just me.

If you're PvPing, be prepared to eat your words about presetting your build to only healing, "not protection or anything.."

Well, a pure healing built without protection or anything is really a bad idea with the amount of spiking teams around nowadays. You NEED at least some form of damage prevention on top of your healing spells. Having a pure heals only skill bar would ensure that you drop faster than you can even heal when one of those ele air spike teams focus on you and you drop in seconds, wondering wtf???
