yes these are collectors staffs, u can upgrade them and they have the max in their class

I can give you 3k for it just coz I am too lazy to go get the items to exchange for it...

*If you havent notice, there is a thread showing where to get collector's stuff in post-ascension. I will be terribly surprised if any idiots were to buy it at 10k................
