No way to knock people down for Aftershock?
Aura of restoration is passable at the later levels, although it's good at the lower levels.
Also, you do know that with armour of earth on, you'll move slower (not much slower at high levels of earth skill, I grant you), so one defence that opponents have (almost certainly after the first PBAOE) is to just run away a little. Have you thought about some way of snaring opponents to make sure that they stay in your zone of death?
What about kinetic armour in place of armour of earth, given that you want to be mobile. It doesn't protect as much, of course...
Warriors (esp sword ones) often carry an interrupt - how about mantra of resolve? Hammer ones don't need to interrupt so much - they use knockdowns instead.
Why not take the points out of inspiration and look for some other way of regaining energy, such as the elite skill ether renewal? If you go for ether renewal, aura of rest is useful, simply because it counts as another enchantment.
