WTB perfect Halfmoon 15%>50 or 15% always

Specs of what i am lookin for

Halfmoon
15-28dmg +15% while health above 50% or always(with -energy regen or -10armor or -5energy)

requirements 7 - 10 (the lower the req, the higher i pay)

Other high end mods are unwanted as i have all the mods.. paying 200k - 500k(15%always with -5energy, 7req and mods)

I have one right now, it isn't specifically what you asked for, but I'll read it off anyway, I guess.

Halfmoon
Dmg: 15-28
Damage +15% While Hexed
Currently Has a Fiery Bow String and Grip of Marksmanship attached, no matter though.
Req. 11 Marksmanship
Gold Rarity

i saw a 15% always with -5 energy shortbow go for 250k today. but was a 12 req. lol too high req for ME.

sorry sir.. only 15% "always" or 15% While health above Halfmoons and other bows.

Other bows prefered are Flatbow, Ivory Bow, Eternal Bow(i pay a lot for eternal ones with 15% always or above 50% mod), Horn Bow (Black Stormbow lookalike edition).

If u have a godly stormbow, KEEP it. lol (not interested)

Hum did someone see a +15% with -1 health regen or -1 energy regen or -10 armor or -5 energy ? i always see +14% ... never 15%.

yeah.. i have seen some.. : ) i've tried the -1energy regen bow but i ran out of energy quite fast. maybe because i only have like 8 on my EXPERTISE attb. So i figured inorder to use a -1energy regen bow and -5energy bows, i will have to have high attbs on EXPERTISE or be wearing a Druids armor.
