District 1 - 10 has always been the best place to form groups for quests but now that the economy is on a roll people are using the chat window to sell more frequently.
People are trading in the Trade Channel AND Local Channel now so it is very difficult to be seen when announcing you're forming a group for a quest.
I think if a Quest District were formed, people would respect the fact that it is for forming groups ONLY and be more proned to go to Districts 1 - 10 to trade.
I can't imagine ANYONE disagreeing with this idea because EVERYONE would benefit from it. Traders can have Districts 1- 10 and the Questers who are not interested in trading can live in peace and harmony with less spam in the "Quest District"
I'm am more than happy to see other people's comments and suggestions.
Please take this into consideration.

I think that would help, espically getting people together who want to do all the side quests, not just ones for skills.

I disagree, for one reason.
All the spam in the all channel is just a result of stupid kids not having an auction house. It's obvious to them that there is a trade channel, but they choose not to use it. They think somehow that spamming it to everyone(including the people not in the trade channel, and not wanting to trade...) that somehow, it's faster to trade.
I mean seriously... it's becoming more and more of a problem, and i'm personaly wondering if i should start screenshoting all those that are spamming a little too much, cause that is against the terms of agreement, and it's actually starting to make me quite frustrated with the stupidity that people can have... Including my own stupidity for reacting the way i do, in a manor that is strongly for the use of laws (not because i like laws, but because i understand they Strictly need to be used in order to sustain some stupidity.)
Bottom line... The all channel should be able to be used for conversation and grouping up!
I strongly do not want to let these people doing things wrong to get the "good" end of the bargain... i do not want to appease them, i want to make sure they can't try to get away with anything else...
Personaly i think that's why anet has been banning alot of accounts for exploit uses and bots, they want to have that strict fist slamming on the desk, to make sure people stop acting up. And i love it so far.
