This may be a newb question that has been asked alot around here but i havent dug up any real good answers and I am curious about level 20. It seems your level doesnt go any higher than that, and it may never and thats cool. But do you still get Skill points, Stat points, Stat decreasing points as you keep killing and playing?

Like if i am level 20 sword mastered warrior, and i decide i want to learn axes will i keep getting stat points as i play, that i can put into axes and swords, or will i only get points to decrease my sword skill and respend them on axe stats. If so where can i find the caps for stat points?

Also Skill points same question when i hit level level 20 am i still going to be able to keep getting more fresh skill points, or am i going to have to drop old skills in order to get points back?

thanks again

skill points accumulate through the game -no shortage

possible to eventually get all skills of all professions

200 total ATTRIBUTE points not stat points that you distribute and the skills dependent on that attribute are increased or decreased as you raise or lower an attribute such as strength or marksmanship depending on profession

once up cap at 20 you still can get skill points to buy more skills for your classes, but you stop getting attribute points( max 200)

to your second ? yes you still get xp, and for each 250 xp you get you get a refund point which yopu can use to take back a skill, IE. i have a 12 in sword and i use a refund point to take back 1 point out of my sword skill and gain back 20 attribute points to put into my axe skill, ect ect ect, you get 24? refuind points total i think, and keep getting more after you use one, but the higher lev you are its harder to get a refund point back cause the xp you get is reduced by your level

*edit* damn you lovitar, explain it so easil;y :P

With stat points, you'll stop earning them once you hit lvl 20, but you'll always be gaining refund points (I believe it's every 250xp you gain nets you a refund point). You can use refund points to change your stat points layout in case you ever decide to be an axe user, etc.

As for skill points, you're talking about the point used up when purchasing a skill right? In that case you'll still be earning skill points even after hitting lvl 20. You receive a skill point every time you level up (post lvl 20, you'll get a skill point after earning a certain amount of XP), and you'll get a point for completing a mission. There are probably other ways to earn skill points, but I can't remember them right now

Edit: argh, both beat me to it.

Thank you all , your answers are very fast and accurate. Also they exactly what i wanted to hear. I have a bit of an obbsession with "collecting them all" whether it's stupid electric rats or skills for all the charactors. I really like the balancing act of moveing your attribute points around, so no one is ever truly more powerful by spending more time. That and I have only gone to level 8 myself and i had a very generous amount of adjustment points already. This game seems to be doing everythign right, the only thing I don't like is it's not out yet.
