Accurate skill capture list?

just wondering where i can find an accurate skill capture list... the one here is a bit out of date it seems. course... i didnt find that out till i had solo'd that level 28 boss with my lvl 17

both the list here, and the list at http://gwonline.net/ listed a boss in kryta areas as having an elite skill, which it did not
