Keira Darkwind Lion's Arch Merchant Clan Arthur Mo/MeJoined May 2005Jun 20, 2005 at 10:16 AM • #1I killed the 3 White Mantle councillors, and spoke to Captain Grumby, but the quest won't complete, I went back to Shadow but he just tells me to kill the 3 white mantle, well I already did that, all the objectives are crossed out in the quest.
