How do you get to the Tombs?

I read here that the Tombs of the Primevial Kings shows up on your map as a red dot somewhere (thanks to Dovi the Monk). Being that I've never seen it, here's my question: Do you have to get to a certain level, or progress to a certain point in the PvE story to have it appear? Or is it only accessible if you create a PvP player from scratch?

The furthest I have been in the BWEs is Lion's Arch, and I don't recall seeing the Tombs' location on any of the interactive maps floating around (by MOOMANiBE and a newer one by tifaRockheart). So how exactly do you get to the Tombs (or when, maybe)? Thanks for any help,

The tombs is a red pin in the desert area south of seared Ascalon. It is available to PvP chars and any leftover lvl 20 RP chars from Feb BWE. For the betas you unlock it by completing the Sanctum Cay mission, but I'm not sure if this is how it'll work in retail.

Edit: I can't find it on MOOMANiBE's map either. I'm pretty sure it's farther south then the map shows at the moment.

you can take a boat from lion's arch or you can run through the missions and beat sanctum cay.

During the BWEs you arrive there automatically after beating the Sanctum Cay mission. There is also a NPC at the docks in Lion's Arch that will take you there directly.

In retail, you'll find the Tombs while exploring the southern continent - it's just off of Dragon's Lair.

Thanks folks--I'll have to keep my eyes peeled when I get to Lion's Arch during the April BWE. That or hope I can get enough time in to make a run on Sanctum Cay...
