Where is the 15 attribute quest in the Desert ?!

^^ topic title, I have already done the one that Vanyi gives you in Droknar's Forge, I just can't find the one in the desert :/

Destiny's Gorge. I forget the title of the quest but you need to do a quest out of destiny's gorge. It is the SECOND part of a chain so whatever quest you end up recieving at destiny's gorge will NOT say "15 attribute points" as part of the reward. Instead, you gotta go out to the desert and meet a second guy who then gives you the 15 point quest.

Hmmm alright, hopefully I haven't done that quest and left the other like an idiot lol.

i just did the forgotton ones quest and the snake dude did not give me another, so i went back to drogn..whatevers and asked around, they said the snake guy gives it to u, i confirmed it via google and went back to him STILL NOTHIN!!!!

I have ascended and can no longer add attributes to fire, could this be a reason?
