Infused Armor And Runes

I Recenlty Infused My Armor. I Went To Put A Few Runes (sup Vigor, Sup Fire) And For Some Reason It Wouldn't Let Me. Am I Missing Something? Or Is Infused Armor Not Supposed To Be Linked With Runes?

sounds like a game bug from a recent patch

So would re-installing the game and re-download the patches work or is it stuck to my character now?

You can only use runes for your primary class.
