It would be nice to have more then just 1 (2 with GL) rank.
For example, you now only have a Officer ranking, why dont implement Captain, General etc etc.
Perhaps a small content compared to the other problems Guild Wars has, but it would be nice.

If you are familiar with Military structure. All there is, is officer and enlisted. Captain, general etc etc are both officer ranks. Our guild has formed our own ranking system, and specialities. For instance we have a Master at Arms. Who is in charge of member conduct making sure everyone is following our guilds guidlines, and upholding our values. Personally myself I like the ability to be able to set our own ranking system, and not have to follow something else.

Thank you, currently only about 20. We only invite people after we have helped them thru a series of quests/missions. Sort of like an interview to make sure they are the sort of people we would like playing with us. We keep our ratio of about 1 officer to every 5 members. Officers are required to assist members with any quest, skill cap what not if they are asked to. Unless they are in the middle of mission or something like that.
We have other ranks like Warmaster, which is our PvP captain. Combat Navigator who is our mission/quest specialist, and others.
