Max dmg Sword and 16ar shield

sword needs to have 13-15% while enchanted
shield needs to have life n dmg reduc mods while enchanted

in case you dont know you can get a longsword (looks like a rinblade) maxdmg req 9 with 15% while enchanted from a collector for 5 jade mandibles just outside the dunes of despair missionplace

edit: yeah the look isnt that great :/ the collector axes, too
