what are the best skills for a warrior/ranger?

Entirely depends on what you like, and what the circumstances are.

well i am currently a warrior ranger, but im switching to a war/elem soon. i think using sever artery along with apply poison (not just for arrows) causes a lot of hp degen, and troll unguent is a great healing spell for farming. i think haveing a pet is a waste of a skill, and 2 skills if you intend on keeping it alive

that's because your pet is useless.

My lvl 17 Wolf is amazing. Tanks better than anything that isn't a warrior.....and my damage combined with his damage makes me a more effect damage dealer than warriors.....Pets are pretty usefull if you set your beastmastery high

There's really no best skill for either warriors or rangers. There are definitely WORST skills (Otyugh's Cry anyone?) but there aren't any best.

The best skill for any character is the 3 pound blob at the top of the person that's running the keyboard.
