Really dumb thing

I can't decide whether or not I want my monk to be male or female. The females are easier on the eyes but you don't get as many cool tattoo thingies, the females have the trailing fabric on their sleeves but I just feel weird having a female avatar, something I rarely do. What do you folks think?

Since I *am* female IRL, I tend to go with female game avatars. My husband prefers to go with females because "I'm going to stare at this character for hours, I want something nice to look at!" And most men seem to agree.

I have 1 male and 3 female, partly bacause of the classes. I don't like the male necro or mesmer look, and I am not crazy about the elementalist in either form, but female is better. Monk and warrior I like better male, and ranger can go either way. It's just esthetics; I don't feel weird playing females though I am a guy, it's only weird when people keep calling me Lana in voice chat...

Doesn't really matter. I have a male warrior and female ranger. I also have a female warrior, but I was just having fun with PvP characters so that one is going to be deleted soon. So pick whichever you thing is better, if you plan on tattos as your final armor, stick with female. X.x
