Question About Blackout and Adrenaline

Now, I know that when I use Blackout my adrenaline level drops to zero, what happens to the guy I hit with it? Does his adrenaline get dropped to zero as well?

It should have the same effect on both people. I wouldn't have expected it to kill adrenaline, but if you say it does, I'll have to go with it.
