Expertise Effects Stances

I'm not sure how long Expertise has worked this way, but stances are effected by it. With expertise at 13 I'm casting sprint and frenzy for around 2-3 energy. I've never seen a website saying this before, so I thought I'd throw this up there so other people could verify it, just to make sure I'm not out of my mind .

It's been changed so it affects skills, stances, traps, beast calls, etc, well pretty much every Ranger skill gets the Expertise bonus now, along with some other skills from other professions (ie, warrior stances and mana attack skills).
